OMX Innovation · Company Research · Briefing Room + QBR + Deep Dives
One research engine. Three live surfaces.
A front-end that already works (Briefing Room demo), a QBR process that prefills the pack the rep used to build by hand, and 183 strategic deep dives already written on the New Zealand companies that matter. Today this is artisan; the move is to make it a system every commercial conversation runs on.

The QBR process

5 stages, <1 hour, repeatable.

Stage 1
Kickoff
Rep picks the HCL. Engine loads scope: subsidiaries, sites, sectors, last-known relationship state.
Stage 2
Research
Auto-pull: sales/margin/DIFOT (Snowflake), contract terms (Vault), news + LinkedIn (Plex-CI). Mode 1+2+4 of the 5-mode framework.
Stage 3
Curate
Engine highlights the candidate "what's interesting" facts. Rep ticks in/out. No blank slides.
Stage 4
Deck assembly
16-slide PPT pre-populated: cover, exec summary, divisions, reactivation, 90-day plan. Templates lock the brand.
Stage 5
Colour + ship
Rep adds relationship colour, ships to customer. Days → under an hour.
QBR briefing-room walkthrough — kickoff → research → curate → deck
Briefing Room QBR walkthrough — the 5-stage flow Jeff demoed; same engine, same data, scripted for review.
